Day School Programs

Our Day School Programs run from September to June each year.

Toddler Class

(18 months – 2 years 9 months)

The toddler program is designed for children from 18 months of age to 2 years 9 months old. The program includes a curriculum taught by trained, experienced, and professional staff. Our curriculum and school day emphasize fine and gross motor development, social and emotional growth, and cognitive learning experiences through hands on activities and play! With a fully fenced in toddler playground, we encourage outside play multiple times a day as long as the weather cooperates. Our on-site chef prepares a hot lunch as well as two nutritious snacks each day with an optional breakfast at 8am for an additional fee. We encourage autonomy in toilet training as is age appropriate.

Preschool Classes

(2 years 9 months – 3 years 9 months)

The preschool classrooms are designed for children from 2 years 9 months to 3 years 9 months. Children are placed in one of two classrooms depending on their age at the start of the school year. Both programs include a curriculum taught by trained, experienced, and professional staff. The focus of the programs is on social and emotional growth, self-reliance skills, cognitive development, language development, and fine and gross motor development. We emphasize the importance of allowing children to learn through play and hands on activities, fun arts and crafts, a variety of educational activities and plenty of outside time each day! Our on-site chef prepares a hot lunch as well as 2 nutritious snacks each day with an option for breakfast at 8am for an additional fee. Toilet training for our preschool programs is encouraged but not required.

Pre-K Class

(3 years 9 months – 4 years 9 months)

The Pre-K program is designed for children from 3 years 9 months to 4 years 9 months. The curriculum is taught by trained, experienced, and professional staff with a focus on the skills needed to start Kindergarten. The program is designed to help children with practical skills, to develop their oral and written language skills, and to practice social and emotional learning, fine and gross motor development, and reading and math readiness. It is important for us that the children develop these skills through a variety of academic activities, hand-on-learning experiences, child centered free play, and gross motor play outside! Our on-site chef prepares a hot lunch as well as 2 nutritious snacks each day with an option to add on breakfast at 8am for an additional fee.
